1. Product Description

Nexvora GEO is an AI Search Visibility & GEO Execution SaaS platform. It provides AI prompt scan-based visibility estimates, GEO readiness scoring, competitor mention signal analysis, and generation of client-ready GEO deliverables for agencies. Results may vary by AI model, prompt, geographic context, and time.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Nexvora GEO, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and brand information.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Protect your login credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload our infrastructure.

3. Agency & Client Data Responsibility

If you use Nexvora GEO on behalf of your agency clients, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights to input and process the brand data you add. You must not add brands or competitors without appropriate business permission.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

Nexvora GEO uses AI prompt scans to generate visibility estimates and GEO readiness insights. These are estimates based on model behavior at the time of the scan and do not guarantee actual AI ranking, ChatGPT listing, Google AI Overview inclusion, or any specific search engine placement. Outputs may vary by model version, prompt, location, and time. We do not claim real-time tracking of AI index updates.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to:

• Scrape or redistribute our AI-generated outputs at scale for resale without authorization.
• Submit harmful, defamatory, or illegal brand or competitor data.
• Attempt to manipulate, game, or abuse our prompt scan systems.

6. Payment and Plan Access

Access to paid features requires a valid active subscription. Payments are processed via Razorpay. You are responsible for all charges associated with your subscription plan. Plan limits (brand counts) are enforced per subscription tier.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are found to be associated with fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexvora GEO is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform, including loss of revenue, visibility, or business opportunity based on AI visibility estimates.

9. Changes to Service

We may update features, pricing, or platform capabilities at any time. Continued use of Nexvora GEO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
