• Payments: Razorpay Software Ltd. handles all payment processing.
• AI Models & Inference: Google Gemini API and OpenAI-compatible providers are used to analyze prompt visibility and generate copy assets. We send prompt intents and brand profiles to these endpoints, but we do not share personally identifiable user details.
• Hosting & Databases: Cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, brand profiles, and report histories as long as your workspace account remains active. You can request deletion of your client brands and historical scan batches directly from your settings console. Secure authentication records and compliance billing records are stored for statutory retention timelines.
