1. Subscription Plans
Nexvora GEO operates as a monthly subscription SaaS during its Agency Beta phase. Plans include Starter, Agency Beta, and Growth Agency tiers. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
2. General Refund Policy
As a digital SaaS product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee automatic refunds once plan access has been granted and AI visibility reports, GEO deliverables, or prompt scans have been generated and accessed during the billing period.
3. When Refunds May Be Considered
- Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
- Technical failures: If our platform experienced a critical error preventing you from accessing paid features, and you reported it within 5 business days, we will review your case fairly.
- Accidental subscriptions: If you subscribed unintentionally and have not accessed reports or generated deliverables, please contact us within 24 hours of payment for a review.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription periods where AI reports, scans, or GEO deliverables have already been generated and accessed.
- Coupon-discounted or free-checkout plan activations.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — please note that results vary by model, prompt, and market context.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, and a brief description of your request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Razorpay Software Ltd. Actual refund transfer timelines to your bank or UPI are subject to Razorpay's and your bank's processing times, typically 5–10 business days after approval.
