General NoticeNexvora GEO respects your right to have your data removed. This page explains what data can be deleted and how to make a deletion request.
1. What You Can Request to Delete
You can request full or partial deletion of the following data:
- Account: Your registered email, username, and profile information.
- Brand Workspaces: All brand profiles, website URLs, industry metadata, and target configurations you have added.
- Audit Reports: AI visibility reports generated for any of your client brands.
- Live Scan Batches: Historical prompt scan results, mention logs, and visibility trend data.
- GEO Deliverables: Copy blocks, FAQ schemas, comparison page briefs, and implementation checklists generated by the GEO Growth Agent.
2. What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after your deletion request, as required by applicable law or internal compliance needs:
- Payment Records: Transaction identifiers, subscription history, and billing confirmations may be retained for accounting and statutory compliance periods.
- Security Logs: Authentication events and access logs may be retained for a limited security audit period (typically 90 days).
3. How to Request Deletion
To submit a data deletion request, contact us using any of the following:

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete verified deletions within 14 business days.
4. Account Termination
If you wish to terminate your entire account along with all associated data, include "Account Termination" in your request. This will permanently remove your login access, workspace, and brand portfolio.
